We own a radio show called The Weekly Fisherman. Hosted by long-time Radio DJ Eric Brandon and Joe Hector, this 2-hour show runs every Saturday morning on South Florida Sports Station 940 WINZ, an iHeart Radio network. The show’s format consists of live call-ins by celebrity captains who share their local fishing knowledge with listeners. Between captains, listeners call in to quiz the hosts on up-to-the-minute tips, techniques, and hot fishing spots. More importantly, the name Nautical Ventures remains top-of-mind with this boating audience and has a nationwide reach thru iHeart’s podcasts & streaming audio.

The Weekly Fisherman is in its 15th year of production and has a loyal audience of about 20,000 live listeners in our Tri-County area. Our hosts, Eric Brandon & Joe Hector, are akin to rock stars in our local fishing community, and they attract very hi-profile fishing gurus to appear on the show.
